– We ship to locations within United States, and Canada. For other international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

4. Shipping Delays:
– While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control may cause shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Tracking numbers can be provided upon request.

5. Receiving your Item(s):
Please inspect your items before signing for or accepting your items, especially glass items. If you accept a shipment only to find an issue afterwards, we cannot assist in the return of your product. Please examine the part you have received before accepting and signing. That way we can show it was damaged in transit and not while in your possession. If you have any questions about this process please contact us and our representatives will be happy to assist you.

– Once we receive and inspect your return, we will credit your account for future purchases after a 25% restock fee is applied. If applicable, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once requested and approved. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

6. Special Orders:
Special orders and custom items are not eligible for refunds as they are made for order. If a special order item is broken upon receiving, refuse the delivery and contact us to begin a claim and the replacement process.
